Stopover at Doha!

Whew! After the last-minute rush to pack up my things, I was able to finally check in just in time for the early departure of Flight 657. Thanks to my QMiles frequent flyer silver membership that made it easy for me to check in at a special counter. I stayed for a while at the PAL Mabuhay Lounge, drank several glasses of apple juice to replenish the body liquid that I lost due to the profused sweating brought about by the pressure and stress of panicking plus the very humid temperature. I took some time making calls, changing sim cards, and arranging for my airport conveyance upon arrival at Jeddah. So, with all the tasks I had to do at the lounge, I was among the last batch of passengers to board the plane.

I slept like a log (probably like a hog sans H1N1 virus with all the snoring I could have had) all throughout the flight but made sure that I was awake everytime the meals were served... The flight was smooth and landed Doha well rested.

I had several stopovers in Doha in the past staying at Ramada, Grand Mercure, Movenpick but this stopover is special because as I checked in at the new Best Western Doha Seef Hotel I got a welcome note from The Pope of Palipasan! Wow, see the friendship that bloggywood could bring! Yes, kaya as Yanah said magkakaroon din kami ng Qatar EB tomorrow morning at the hotel where I'm staying.
